OUTDOOR AREAS The enchantment of the outdoor space stems from the pool surrounded by a tropical Caribbean garden, a well-designed outdoor bed ideal to layout during the day or even rest on the handmade hammock or the beautiful handcraft parota chairs.

– MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom is full of magic and style; including a king-size bed, air-conditioner, wood ceiling fan, hanging lamps with warm light, closet, blackout blinds, a private full bathroom with a rain-effect shower, and basic amenities included (shampoo, conditioner & body-shower gel). In addition, an extraordinary private garden with a full-length mirror and a bathtub provide an entirely different sense to this room.
– SECOND FLOOR – You will get to the second floor through the open wood stairs, where two more bedrooms are situated.
SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom is furnished as an all-in-one bedroom; facilities like queen-size bed, air-conditioner, wood ceiling fan, hanging lamps with warm light, closet, blackouts blinds, private full bathroom with rain-effect shower and basic amenities included (shampoo, conditioner & body-shower gel), as well as open access to a second small in-room kitchen, supplied with fridge, stove, and a small cozy dining and sitting area.
THIRD BEDROOM The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, air-conditioner, wood ceiling fan, warm light hanging lamps, closet, blackouts blinds, full-length mirror, private full bathroom with rain-effect shower, and basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner & body-shower gel). A restful balcony with Acapulco chairs makes this room the ideal place to sip and enjoy your morning coffee. Casa de Amar is part of Yaxté Maya complex, a residential building located in an exclusive gated community within Aldea Zama.
Casa de Amar is located in the ground and first floor. You will access your unit through Yaxté Maya’s main entrance.

Travelling outside of your home might come with unexpected situations; we strongly recommend our guests to purchase travel insurance, with a plan including cancellation flexibility. Given the Caribbean climate, there can be many changing factors to consider, such as extreme weather, that we have no control over. Seek coverage that includes transportation interruptions, lost and stolen items, injuries, and other common inconveniences. We only work with one chef, external vendors are not allowed in the property for security reasons. Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless pre authorized by our concierge team. Pool maintenance will be between 8am – 12pm Towels are changed for free every 3 days. If you would like them to be changed more frequently, we can arrange that for an additional fee. We are happy to host children of all ages. That being said, it is the responsibility of the guardian or parent to monitor their children AT ALL TIMES to avoid accidents. The house may contain areas where the children may require special surveillance, such as swimming pools, stairs and balconies. In the Mayan jungle the presence of mosquitos is usually common, so we recommend bringing mosquito repellent. We also fumigate regularly to help keep the mosquitos at bay.
Development: La Riviera Maya is an ever-expanding area with recent development, and our area is no exception. ** Internet: Our Internet is 100 mpbs fiber. We have the best internet provider/service, however in general the internet is still not as strong as it would be in larger cities. We are always available and ready to contact the internet provider if it’s not working correctly although we can’t be held responsible for it. ** Host bears no responsibility for any accident, injuries, or illness that you may sustain during your stay.
