When you find a property you like, submit an inquiry directly through the villa page. Include your dates, group size, and any questions. There is no booking fee, no commitment, and no account required.

You can also contact us directly via email or WhatsApp if you would prefer to speak with someone first.

A specialist from our team will review your inquiry and respond within 24 hours — usually sooner. We will confirm availability, share full pricing, and answer any questions about the property or destination.

If the property you inquired about is unavailable, we will suggest alternatives that match your requirements.

Once you are happy to proceed, we connect you directly with the property owner or manager to confirm the booking. Payment is made directly to the property — not through us. No platform fees are added at checkout.

You will receive a rental agreement directly from the property, outlining all terms, cancellation policy, and check-in instructions.

Before your arrival, our concierge team coordinates any services you need — airport transfers, private chef, spa bookings, tours, and activity scheduling.

On the day you arrive, everything is in place. Our team remains available throughout your stay for any changes or last-minute additions.
